Welcome to All Aire Heating & Air Conditioning Specialists. I'm John Hagman, owner and manager.
I began in Florida as a maintenance supervisor for two large apartment complexes. During my tenure there, I was responsible for the service, installation, and repair of split AC systems and swimming pool repair.
In 2001, I began new home installations in North Carolina for a small mechanical company. I was the lead installer for tract homes and small commercial retail outlets.
In 2003, I relocated to Arizona and became a partner in a small air conditioning enhancement business in Tucson. I was responsible for technical service and repair of commercial and residential AC systems and heat pumps.
In 2004, I joined a major AC company providing service, repair, and installation of air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and evaporative coolers throughout the Valley.
My education providing training from three major equipment manufacturers: Trane, Carrier, and Goodman. I receive on-going continuing education with InTech Training Services, an independent training facility in Phoenix. The training focuses on diagnosis, repair, and service of commercial and residential air conditioning and heating systems. |

Most Recent Large Project:
All Aire completed a project including demolition of existing equipment and ducting and the installation of one complete system and duct work, plus the renovation of four existing ducting systems and four commercial heat pumps in accordance with the City of Glendale regulations to obtain a certificate of occupancy. We hired, trained, and managed three new employees while still meeting a short deadline. The property passed inspection on the first visit with no major corrections required. |
